Life Care Planning
Background & Certification

As a Registered Nurse I have been creating care plans for over 30 years. Registered Nurses are educated and experienced in the science of care planning. It is core to our education. Registered Nurses practice on a daily basis creating both short-term and long-term care plans. These are individualized for the patient with multidisciplinary focus appropriate for any setting that they are working in. As an RN I am experienced in creating age appropriate care plans whether it is for a day, a year, or a life time.

In addition to the nursing education and years of experience, I obtained certification through the Nurse Care Planning Board of Examiners to solidify expertise as a Life Care planner. The certification is known as Nurse Care Planner Certified (NCPC). This required extensive course study and presentation of a Life Care Plan for peer review.

All Life Care Planners that work with Post Consulting are Registered Nurses and have either the Nurse Care Planner Certified (NCPC) or, Certified Life Nurse Care Planner (CLNCP) certifications.
